Gimme The Tittle

3 thought(s) to share
1. To whom did you last give the finger?
Someone who parked his/her car using two lots at a time in a mall’s parking area while there’s no empty lot left. How can people be such a selfish like that? If you can’t park your car properly using the available lot, then use the taxi for goodness sake!

2. If you had 1,000 dollars and HAD to spend it, what would you buy?
Have a fancy and exclusive family vacation! I believe that the kind of money that you got unintentionally such as money from gambling, door prizes, or lottery is deserved to be used for spree LOL.

3. What was the last beverage you spilled on yourself?
Home made ice tea. I made it yesterday because the weather was so hot and a cup of ice tea will be a soothed option.

4. When was the last photograph you took? What was it of?
Last night. I took a picture of my daughter with my cell phone. I love to take her pictures all the time.

5. Who was the last person to smoke a cigarette in your presence?
I didn’t go out these few days so I can’t remember it anymore. Hubby himself is a smoker but never smoke inside our house. He knows how much I hate smoke!

6. What animal did you last pet or hold?
Hubby is not an animal lover and he forbid our daughter to have one at home :(
Never hold any pet again for more than five years while I actually have 3 big and black dogs back in my hometown.

7. What was the last superstitious thing you did?
None. I believe in superstitious but seldom find it in my own life. Wonder why?

8. What was the last text message you received?
Hubby asking for other family member’s cell phone number.

9. Berleen has decided to buy twelve goats. If she trades three for some awesome pot, loses one while she was stoned, what do you think she did with the rest?
She decided to give one for the master and one for the dame. And give the rest of them to a boy who lives in the lane. Yeehaaa…let’s sing the "Ba Ba Black Sheep" then…

(please ignore the wrong lyric on the end part)
10. What was the last musical instrument played in your presence?
Piano… Ups, that was 9 months ago when we gathered for Christmas.. Wow! I can’t believe that I was so fascinated by the DVD and never had a chance to hear the real musical instrument anymore.

Nothing. Never write on my hand anymore after graduated from primary school. And it was SOOO long ago.

12. Kimber announced that she was born on another planet. Which one do you think it was and why?
Mars… still can’t figure out why LOL

13. What are you wearing as you answer these ridiculously stupid TT questions?
A comfy pink pajama. Why do you want to know? ;)

Welcome Back, Saturday

9 thought(s) to share
Welcome back, Saturday! We’ve missed you.. I hope you enjoy your Saturday there my friends and this is my entry for Saturday Nine.
1. Where were you the last time that someone welcomed you back?
Last year, we stayed in a different town for at least five month. It was the first time for me to leave my hometown for that long. It was so sad but we had to go because my hubby was placed in that new town from his office. We decided to come along with him since we don’t want to be left “alone” in my hometown. Fortunately, that placement was only for five months and we had a chance to be back to my hometown. My family welcomed us back happily. And right now, we are staying in a different town since two months a go and we’ll stay here for further notice from hubby’s office. I’m sure when we go back to my hometown one day, my family will welcome us back once again (lol)

2. Tell us who is you favorite non-family member to hang out with?
Never hang out again with anyone other than my family members after got married. All my friends live in different town and far away from me. When I had a chance to hang out it would be with hubby and my daughter usually on the weekend. I hate to go outside by myself. It’s not fun. Sometimes, when hubby’s not around I can hang out with my sister in law couples of time.

3. What was the last thing that happened to anger you?
I asked someone to do the grocery shopping for me last week. I didn’t do it for free as I pay her properly and she already agrees to deliver my groceries the day after. I can’t manage to shop on my own since I had something I need to do urgently. Meanwhile I was running out of stock that’s why I asked her to shop for me. Somehow, for uncertain reason, she didn’t come to deliver my groceries that day. I called her but she didn’t pick up. I was so angry. I’m not sure whether she already did that shopping or not. If only she called me to say that she has something important to do at that time I can easily find someone else to replace her. Not just vanished without a trace and left me with uncertainty.

4. What was the last thing that you saw that was shocking to see?
A friend of mine sent me a video few days a go. It’s about a doctor who is having a recorded forensic surgery. I’ve never seen such a thing like that before. It was so horrible and I decided to delete that video right away. I sent a furious email to him and told him to stop sending me email like that. I really hate it.

5. What is your favorite thing to do on Saturday besides Saturday 9?
Saturday has always been my favorite thing. We usually spend time together the entire day and have some fun. Forget about lying in couch and have a relaxing time. Saturday is about going outside and do everything that you can’t usually do on weekdays.

6. Have you had your summer vacation yet? If yes tell us about it.
We don’t have summer here, my friends. The sun is shining along the year and we can have our ‘summer vacation’ anytime we like. Well, as long as it doesn’t rain of course. My favorite one is visiting Lake Toba back in my hometown. I always love that place and grab every chance I have to go there for a vacation.

7. Pick out one of your cousins and tell us about them.
My cousins? Well, I don’t know my cousins well enough to share story for you. We only see each other about twice in a year when we were kid. We never meet as adults until now. Sorry :)

8. Do you have any special plans for next week?
As a matter of fact I have a special plan. But it’s not for next week. We are planning to go to Bali for a family vacation in the next two weeks. Yaayy… Have you ever been to Bali before? Then have a vacation there. It is a paradise!
Kuta, Bali
9. At what age will you consider yourself old and why?
I don’t know. I don’t want to think that I’m going to be an old lady one day for now. I think I’ll find out about it when I get there (lol)

I Love Your Every Song

1 thought(s) to share
GREENDAY
Yay!! It’s GREENDAY everybody. Oh how I love this band a lot. I can’t wait..I can’t wait to read what they’re going to say within the lyrics.

1. 21 GUNS:
“Do you know what’s worth fighting for?
When it’s not worth dying for?
Does it take your breath away and you feel yourself suffocating?”
What was the last cause/reason that you signed a petition or joined in a protest?
I think I joined in a few protests during the college time about 10 years a go which I can’t remember clearly right now (lol) but I’m sure most of them were about social interest issues. Never join anything like that again after I graduated.

2. AMERICAN IDIOT:
“Don’t want to be an American idiot
One nation controlled by the media.
Information age of hysteria
It’s going out to idiot America”
Where is the best place for trusted information about world events?
Err…I still consider media as a best place to find trusted information about world events whatsoever. Indeed, media has its own agenda when they released particular subjects of news but the viewers or the readers themselves are not fool. We can still be in control and capable of filtering information we found without having to be brainwashed. Media is powerful but not that scary.

3. GOOD RIDDANCE:
“Another turning point, a fork stuck in the road
Time grabs you by the wrist, directs you where to go
So make the best of this test and don’t ask why.
It’s not a question but a lesson learned in time”…
What was the last lesson or message about life you learned?
Life gives me a lesson every day. When I lost a special friend last week, I realized that people can only live in a very short time in this earth and you must enjoy every minute you have with your loved ones. When the time comes for them to leave you or for you to leave them then you can say good bye with a smile and a big hug. Don’t regret it because everyone must go one time. That’s life.

4. WELCOME TO PARADISE:
“Dear Mother Can you hear me whining?
It’s been 3 weeks since that I left your home.
This sudden fear has left me trembling
Cause now it seems that I am out here on my own
And I’m feeling so alone”…
Where was the place you went to live when you first moved out of your parents/guardians home?
I left my parents’ home when I entered college. It’s still a home for me but I never stayed for more than a week there after that. I visit them regularly of course but everything would never be the same again. Moreover, I’m a married woman right now with my own house which I need to take care of everyday. Sometimes, I still miss my teenage days back in my hometown.

5. MINORITY:
“I want to be the minority
I don’t need your authority
Down with the moral majority
Cause I want to be the minority”…
When have you ever felt like an outsider?
There was a family reunion a few months a go in my aunt’s house. I met my cousins whom I played with when I was still a kid. Of course we still remember our childhood together but after not seeing each other for a very long time, things changed. It seems like I don’t recognize them anymore. The conversation was awkward and we couldn’t find a new interesting topic most of the time (lol)

6. WHEN I COME AROUND:
“Oh I heard it all before
So don’t knock down my door
I’m a loser the user
So I don’t need no accuser
To try and slag me down because I know you’re right”…
What was the last bad thing you discovered about yourself?
I’m a kind of person who tends to procrastinate (lol). I clearly know that I must finish something as soon as possible, for instance. But I can always find a reason to procrastinate.

7. MISERY:
“Mr. Whirly had a catastrophic incident
He fell into the city by the bay
He liquidated his estate
Now he sleeps upon the Haight
Panhandling misery”…
If you have ever been poor, what lesson, skill-set or experience came from it?
I came from an average family. We’re not very poor but not wealthy either. But my life is getting better and getting better after I got married. The lesson I have from my childhood is that we must always be grateful of everything I have right now. We may consider we had a pair of ugly shoes right now and grumble about it. But remember there are a lot of people out there who has no shoes at all to wear on. Be grateful of everything you have.

8. 80:
“Sometimes I wonder if I should be left alone
And lock myself up in a padded room
I’d sit and spew my guts out in the open air
Cuz no one wants to hear a drunken fool”…
How do you relax after a stressful day?
Spa is a perfect option if you don’t mind to spend more time to drive to the spa center. But if I want a quick relief then sleeping will be the answer. After sleeping for a few hours, I will wake up with a fresher mind and a better mood.

9. REDUNDANT:
“We’re livin in a repetition
Content in the same old stick again
Now the routine’s turnin to a contention
Like a production line goin over and over and over roller coaster”…
Do you do something over and over the same way, even though you know there is a better/simpler way to do it?
Apparently not. When I realized that there is a better/simpler way to do something I will definitely change the way I worked with it.

10. ANDROID:
“It makes me wonder when I grow to be that age
Will I be walking down the street begging for your spare change
Or will I grow that old? Will I still be around?
The way I carry on, I’ll end up 6 feet underground and waste away”…
What age do you believe is OLD and why?
75y I think. Because most of people around that age were not able to do everything well done anymore. They need other people to help them most of time and feel too tired to do anything. They need to spend time at home with their grandchildren and enjoy their relaxing time or meet some old new friends.

11. WAITING:
“I’ve been waiting a lifetime for this moment to come
I’m destined for anything at all”…
What is your biggest dream in life (so far)?
Everything about my family is the biggest dream in my life. So I probably have more than 20 dreams in my mind right now(lol)

12. POPROCKS AND COKE:
“I don’t care is you don’t mind
I’ll be there, not far behind
I will dare, keep in mind, I’ll be there for you”…
What is the biggest favor you ever did for family or for a friend?
Not quite sure about this. I never consider everything I did to help other family member as a big favor. I’m happy to help if I’m capable of doing so.

Kuta, BALI
13. BASKET CASE:
“Yea, I went to a shrink to analyze my dreams,
She says it’s lack of sex that’s bringin’ me down…”
What would you like more of in your life?
Family vacation I suppose. Oh, how I love to have a vacation with my hubby and kiddo. Next month, we’re planning to spend a few days in Bali. Wooohooo…can’t wait!!

2. Where is the strangest place you have ever been?
Every new place always looks strange to me but after spending more time to find out about their culture, soon I found out that it doesn’t look that strange anymore. It the matter of point of views I suppose.

3. What is your favorite season?
We only have two seasons here which are the rainy season and the dry season. Each of these seasons brings their own impacts. The rainy season brings flood and disease while the dry season brings mosquitoes and dryness. So I don’t have a favorite one.

A Face For Radio

3 thought(s) to share
I kinda need so many fresh new ideas for my blog. I'm stuck right now (lol) So I think this meme will be s great option today. Let's enjoy it.
1. What radio personality bothers you the most?
The loud one I suppose. Do you know what I hate about radio? I hate to hear the radio announcer’s voice in the middle of my favorite song, talking about something that’s totally useless at that time. That’s why I don’t listen to the radio anymore. I prefer to listen to a CD instead.

2. If abandoned alone in the wilderness, would you survive?
No one knows for sure, I guess. Coz we don’t know how bad the situation you will face. But everyone will give their best to survive.

3. If a sexy person was pursuing you, but you knew he was married and neither her S/O nor yours would never know, might you to the deed?
I will definitely not. I’m a loyal wife and I love my husband with all my heart. So even if there’s another man is pursuing me, I won’t give him a chance at all.

4. Do you like to pursue or be pursued?
I’d like to be pursued I think. I’ve never been pursuing anyone so far.

5. Use three words to describe yourself.
Family girl, friendly, humorous.

6. If Berleen was on a camping trip, do you thing she’d attract grizzlies?
It’s the grizzly itself that scare of her the most I guess (lol)

7. Do you think more about the past, present or future?
Wise men say: look backward to see how far you’ve gone but look forward to get something new and better. We can be focus on present but we still need to learn from the past in order to get a better future.

8. If your house was on fire, what would be the first thing, other than family or pets, that you grabbed?
First I will grab my glasses (lol) then my cell phone and important documentation. If I still had a chance I will grab my wallet too.

9. Was your mom a cheerleader?
No, I don’t think so. Cheerleader is not something familiar with her and her school mates those years.

10. Was your dad a jock?
I don’t know. I’ll ask him about this as soon as possible.

11. Bud’s been gone a while. Do you think he will return or shut down that Googled Warned blog?
I guess he will just shut down that blog and make a fresh new one instead.

12. What’s your favorite junk food?
Pizza..pizza…and pizza *grin*

13. Do you believe in reincarnation?
Absolutely not. I believe that every soul goes straightly towards the Heavenly Father after their death and stays there.

Have a great Thursday there...

Oprah Winfrey is here

2 thought(s) to share
How is your Wednesday there, my friends? Glad to see you back today with Wednesday Wickedness. The famous people for today's entry is Oprah Winfrey. Are you a fan of her? Well, I'm her fan and I love to read all her quotes.
1. “I don't think you ever stop giving. I really don't. I think it's an on-going process. And it's not just about being able to write a check. It's being able to touch somebody's life.”
What was the last thing that you did to help somebody’s life?
I never did something huge like Oprah yet. That’s for sure :) But I’m a regular blood donor every 6 months. I did this not only because I hope my blood will be useful to help somebody one day. But I also did it for my own healthiness.

2. “Breathe. Let go. And remind yourself that this very moment is the only one you know you have for sure.”
How long have you ever held your breath?
I can’t hold it for more than 2 minutes. Is it bad?

3. “As you become more clear about who you really are, you'll be better able to decide what is best for you - the first time around.”
At what point do you think that you really decided who your were?
Right after I delivered my baby girl. I realize that I am a mom and I love being a mom.

4. “The more you praise and celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate.”
At what time of the year do you think you celebrate your life the most?
Every moment I spend my time with my family is a life celebration for me. I thank God for whatever I have right now and every breath I take is a celebration of life.

5. “So go ahead. Fall down. The world looks different from the ground.”
Are there times when you thought you had fallen down and learned something about yourself?
So many times in my life I felt down but as you say above I can always find something new to learn about life and about yourself. Its okay to fall down since it’s also so human.

6. “Devote today to something so daring even you can’t believe you’re doing it.”
What was the last thing you did where you thought that you could not believe in what you were doing?
You can consider my life as a boring life (lol) but to be honest I’ve never had guts to do thing that I can’t do for sure. If I think its something that too big or too hard for me to do, then I won’t do it. And I love life with less adventure I suppose.

7. “Where there is no struggle, there is no strength.”
Do you think that you must struggle to become strong?
I believe that you will be stronger every time you get up after felt down. Life experiences also teach you to be stronger. So yes, you must struggle to be strong. It’s not something that you can get just like that or something that arrived in to your lap without you even noticed.

8. “Doing the best at this moment puts you in the best place for the next moment.”
Do you feel that life’s experiences always prepare you for what there is to come?
Totally agree! Everything I’ve learn in the previous step always help me to face the next one.

9. “The biggest adventure you can take is to live the life of your dreams.”
Can only a rich person feel this way? What do you think Oprah means by this?
Every one can live the life of their dreams. It’s not always about good and chattel, people. There are so many people out there who able fulfill their life of their dreams just because they already have 3 amazing kids in their home or being able to stand on top of Mount Everest or stuff like that. While in the other side, so many rich people that feel lonely and devastating in their luxury homes even with 24 hours a day and 7 days a week continuous party and the lack of sincere friends who love them for what they are and not for their money.

10. “I do not believe in failure. It is not failure if you enjoyed the process.”
Do you believe in failure?
I believe failure as a delayed success. It means that you must equip yourself better to gain the real success. And whatever you learn from that failure will be useful to gain success in the future.

Imitating The Korean Artists

0 thought(s) to share
Teenagers
I have a teenage niece who has grown up from a cute, chubby amiable and cheerful little girl into a stolid, thin and solitary teenager. I noticed this change one day and realize that my sweet chubby niece is no longer here and I must be familiar with this new young girl who always chooses to hang out with her teenage friends rather than stay at home and watching TV with her own parents like she usually did.
One thing that I noticed the most is how she picked her fashion style. I know that teenagers right now certainly have a different taste about fashion than my own taste few years a go when I was still a teenager. Most of teenagers in here nowadays are fans of Korean dramas such as Boys Before Flower. In this drama, almost the entire male casts look like girls from their hairstyle and their outfits while the girls wear a peculiar different style that has been considered to be the Korean girl style right now which commonly looks a bit messy to me (lol). This niece of mine is one of them and I can see how her mother is so overwhelmed by this.
She refuses to cut her sleek hair in order to look clean and neat like her mom always said. She insists to keep it long until almost covering her two eyes. Maybe she’s trying to imitate one of her favorite Korean actress who commonly has a long wavy black hair. Well, it will work if only she has that actress’s beautiful hair complete with her own her stylist right? But if you only do your own hair at home then you can’t expect it to be as perfect as those you watched on TV. My niece’s hair is so thin and looks oily all the time. That’s why her mother pushed her to cut it out with a bob style. It will give her a fresh and younger look. She refused it and even cried and hides herself in her bedroom when her mom forced her to visit a hair saloon.
Teen girls are growing up much too quickly right now and they aware of fashion in a very young age don’t you think? They already pick their own choice about fashion and don’t care if their parents look at them with glaring in their eyes. And they usually make their choice based on their favorite movie or singers for this. And after this fashion stuff the next thing that always following is the dating stuff (lol) It’s hard to be a teenager’s parents right now huh?

A Friendship Story

2 thought(s) to share
A song here in Indonesia says that friendship is like a chrysalis which needs to be taken care of until finally turning into a beautiful butterfly. Do you agree with that? Well I believe that you can meet your true best friend accidentally on a books store for instance but it doesn’t mean that she suddenly turn out to be your true best friend at that time. Both of you still need time to know about each other before you could be best friends. If somehow in the process both of you see something inside each other which seem not right, then this true best friendship will never happened.
With friends you can have fun or enjoying bonding time together. But only with best friend you can share your deepest thoughts and feelings, someone whom you trust the most, the one who support you no matter what and always be there to hug you when you need it and provide you shoulders to cry on. And in my case, that true best friend is my beloved hubby. According to this, I want to share you Saturday 9 meme that also talk about friendship today.

1. How many of your friendships have lasted more than ten years? Which of your current friends do you feel will still be important to you ten years from now?
I only have one friend that lasted more than ten year but we already live separated right now. She still stays in my hometown and I’m so far away from her right now. She was my best friend since my first time in school until we both graduated from high school. I never had one like that ever since. Right now, I don’t have a special kind of friend but still able to reunited with old friends from schools through Facebook. But I don’t think that they can be so important for me ten years from now. My family is my priority right now. Friends can come and go, but family will lasts forever.

2. When you look at yourself in the mirror, what’s the first thing you look at?
Definitely my eyeglasses (lol) But if you talking about attitudes or characters here, I can say you that the first thing I saw is smile instead. I smile a lot :)

3. Who was the most recent person on your missed call list on your cell phone? What’s your relationship with the person?
My hubby of course. In fact, he’s never been on my missed call whatsoever. I always pick up my cell phone especially from known number. But I usually don’t pick up any phone call from unknown numbers.

4. What did your last text message you received on your cell phone say?
Actually it was a BlackBerry Messenger text from my hubby that told me that he was about to have breakfast this morning. I seldom use text message lately.

5. How would you “label” yourself?
Friendly and cheerful.

6. What was your favorite age that you’ve been?
It would be my college time. I spent a lot of time in college days to visit lakes or mountain for several days and enjoy the bonfire in camp time. I don’t have a too serious problem to think about at those days. I only need to think about my study and stuff after that there’re plenty of time to be spent with clicks and other friends. This cheerfulness ended when you finished your college and find your own path. How I miss that time.

7. What is your current desk top picture? What’s it significant?
My hubby and daughter with their big smiles. I love this two persons’ pictures to be everywhere around me. I put their picture on my desk top and on my cell phone as well.

8. What was the last thing you said to someone that you‘d like to take back?
I think I told someone about my deepest secret unconsciously few years ago. I was so depressed at that time. A few days later I realized that she wasn’t even my close friend and my suspicious is that one day in the future she will use that information to hurt me. I never see her again after I finished college, thank God.

9. If you had to choose between a million bucks or to be able to go back in time and fix all your mistakes which would you choose?
I will choose a million bucks instead. I don’t want to change a thing on my past, my friends. I believe that everything in my life happens for a good reason. My every mistake in my past must have its own contribution to make me what of I am right now. I’m happy with what I am right now and so is my family. I don’t want to change something in my past that might turn me into a different person today. Yesterday is yesterday. Let’s face the future instead.

That’s my answers and I love all these questions. Thank you, Sam.
Have a great weekend my friends and stay sober (lol)

Breaking The Magician Code

4 thought(s) to share
If you ever watch the Breaking The Magician Code, then may be you can understand my feeling right now. I mean, I always know that there’s no such a thing called Magic in real world. Those “abracadabra’ thing is something that you can learn if you want. It doesn’t come from magic spell or magic wand or anything like that. Magicians are those who able to move their hands in certain way while diverting your vision to a different thing. And on the next level, magicians may also use some smarter and better trick or equipments to help them just like I watched in this show. Though I already found out about this long time a go, but I still love to watch a magician in action. They are experts in playing other people visions and minds. Genius!

And this is my entry for Five Question Fridays meme:
1. Are you a neat sleeper or a messy sleeper?
I’m sure I’m a neat one since I always wake up exactly in the place spot where I laid my body down the night before. My husband is the messy one (lol)

2. Fill in the blank. I wish I was more patient when I stand in line when shop for groceries.

3. What is something that you wish you had been warned about?
That having a new baby is a precious moment but also the exhausting one :) I remember I must stay up almost the entire night for at least 6 months to breastfeed my baby every 2 hours. Hahaha…

4. What was the best thing you ever found at a garage sale/flea market?
Never been to a garage sale before

5. If you could have any meal brought to you right now, what would it be?
Fettuccine marinara will be just perfect. Can you send me one now? (lol)

Have a great Friday my friends..wherever you are.. xx

My Dear Genie

1 thought(s) to share
Have you ever written a letter to a genie before? Hahaha.. I haven't yet but I kinda like it. So, today I will write a letter to a genie about my three wishes as it's a genie's job to fulfill any kind of wishes right? Like the Aladin or Genie did in the movie (lol). But this is a kind of letter that I will never send just like those letter for Santa Claus in North Polk.
And because this letter is intended to a genie, you don't have to feel surprised when you find out about my three wishes (lol). Remember, a genie can fulfill your every wishes. So, don't think much just write down three selfish, impossible wishes and pretend that a genie will come and read your wishes through his/her laptop as well (lol)

My dear genie,

I have three wishes for you right now. Actually, I have a lots of wishes but since you insist to fulfill only three of them I try to pick the best three of them.
1. I wish you could share your flying carpet with me which I can use every time I want .
Well, maybe you could do some improvements here and there to make that flying carpet as comfortable as it can be. I need a flying carpet with a roof to prevent sun heating; with four walls as protection from the wind; with air conditioner system inside complete with a snack bar and a comfy couch. Also since I'm going to take my entire family with me, we will need a bathroom inside. Just because your flying carpet is free, doesn't mean that we can't have a pleasant flight, right?

2. I wish you could arrange a trip go around the world in 30 days for my entire family, genie.
I always want to go to see the North Polk. I also want to be on top of Mount Everest for at least 15 minutes and see this world from the highest place. Then take me to The Great Wall in China. It will be awesome to watch the wall from the sky. And don't forget to take me to the top of Burj Al Arab in Dubai. That build always looks amazing. I will talk directly to you for the details, okay?

3. And the most important wish from me is you need to take care of us all along the journeys. You must supervise everything yourself to make it happen. We want pleasant and save trips. After the last trip, bring us home safely and do come back again here once in a year. We always want several fabulous, exciting vacations every year especially when we don't need to spend money for it. We rely on your for this, genie.

And that's all I'm asking you for now. I'm sure you can fulfill all those three wishes for me since you are a genie. Can't wait to hear from you soon.

Yours faithfully,

Its Chelsea

3 thought(s) to share
It rains a lot in here these few days. I’m a fan of sunshine and the rain took it away from me. How’s it in there? Does it rain a lot too? Anyway, this is my entry for Wednesday Wickedness this week. The quotes below were from Chelsea Clinton. Let’s see what she is going to tell us about.
1. “I think with our problems with hopelessness and cynicism that [the solution] ultimately has to come from the young people themselves. We've got to realize we are the future and we make of our future what we make of it, and ultimately we have to do it for ourselves.”
If you had a wish for your future, what would it be?
I’m not a complicated person and never wished for a complicated thing as well. I only wish that me and my family will be together for the rest of our live and maintain the excellent communication among us. That’s the one which on top of my priority and always be on my daily prayer.

2. “We proved we could be safe and secure at home, and still have more allies and friends in the world.”
Tell us about a couple of your closest friends.
This is a bit embarrassing. The last time I had someone to called best friend was when I was in college. We live in a different town but I still communicate with them a lot. But after my wedding, my closest friends would be my siblings and my in laws and hubby as the best friend of all.

3. “I had seen people who had lost everything and everyone they loved to war, famine, and natural disasters.”
What is the most that you have ever lost?
I lost my cell phone when I was in college. At that time, cell phone was still considered to be a luxurious item. I got it as a present from my dad after high school graduation. I cried for more than two days for it (lol)

4. “We grieve for the loss of life, ... I ask you to redouble your resolve and help your neighbors.”
What was the last thing that you have done to help a neighbor?
My neighbor stopped by this morning to borrow my land mower and I allow her. Is that considered to be helping?

5. “I think they were interested in it.”
What have you done to help someone because of a shared interest?
As a book lover I know a lot of people who share the same interest with me. We usually help each other to find particular books we need. We have our own community to help each other need of books and its very useful.

6. “How we use these surpluses in this moment of prosperity will determine America's future for decades to come. Nothing will more surely determine it than making the right choices…”
What do you think the priorities of the United States really should be?
Err…I’m not American. So I can’t tell you anything about this :)

7. “For all the tornadoes Arkansas has, and the ones that have hit around Little Rock, we never had one just basically come down Main Street.”
What was the last severe weather situation that you and your neighbors endured?
Never had one yet. Thank God the most serious weather situation we had so far was only downpour.

8. “I had seen people who had lost everything and everyone they loved to war, famine, and natural disasters.”
Who among the folks you consider family or friends has lost the most?
My grandpa who passed away when I was 16. He’s the only grandpa I’ve ever met as my other grandpa and two grandmas were already passed away when I was born.

9. “I Do.”
If you’ve been married what you’re your thoughts when you said that? Or if not, what would you hope them to be?
Yes, I’m a married woman obviously. And when I said “I do” 4 years ago, my thought and prayer was “Dear God, bless us both” Just that simple :)

10. "I'm a big health-food freak and a vegetarian devotee."
Have you or are you a vegetarian? Thoughts?
No, I’m not a vegetarian. I love meat and will still love meat in the future until a doctor comes up and tell me to stop due to health problem. Until then I’m still a meat lover.

Don't Be Sarcastic

0 thought(s) to share
Do you enjoy sarcastic humors about other people or maybe about your own life? Well, I certainly don't. I hate knowing how people actually tend to hurt somebody else’s heart by making some kind of mean joke. If you have a problem with some else then go straight to meet them face to face then you can express your feeling directly and about how you hate them. It sounds brave huh? But if you feel like you don’t have guts to do so, its better for you to stay silent and stay out of them so that you will spared from any intention to kick someone in the ass.
In my opinion, sarcastic humors is meaningless. If you tend to use it just to hurt somebody else’s heart who apparently hurt you first, then why bother to make a mean humor about it? Just tell them how your feelings directly and face the consequences. Because somehow sarcastic humors will only just make you look like a coward who has no guts to face other people who offended you at the first place. And all you can do is just grumbling or try to hurt them back by making fun of it (which is not funny at all)?
If you try to use sarcastic humors as a media to deliver your opinion about your dissatisfactions to your country, then it will be meaningless also. It won't make you get the answers to your dissatisfaction right away after you made a rude humor about it. Opinions or complains that have been delivered politely in a proper manner tend to gain more attention better than the rude ones.
If you use sarcastic humors just to find a relief for your unfortunate life, then you’re making a fool of yourself. Sarcastic humor tends to bring you down due to its negative influence meanwhile a constructive humor will help you fix your self esteem and positive influence. So why choose the bad humor while you can use good humors (the real humors!) to make you laugh and see this world in a better point of view then?

Use An Old Fashion Diary Instead!

2 thought(s) to share
"This blog is open to invited readers only!"
I can not ever understand completely why people on blogsphere must use this setting on their blogs. They make their blogs open for particular readers only and completely closed for everyone who’s not invited to read. What is your purpose of writing a blog anyway dear? If you dare to write something on a website then you must need other people to read your thoughts and opinions right? Because if you find something as a top secret and no one must ever found out about it, then you must not write it on the web at all. Or I think it would be better for you should use the old way fellas. Use a diary instead! By doing so, you can guarantee (at least 99%) that your secret is save with you. That 1% left is for the possibility if someone from your family members finds out about your diary accidentally and read it (lol). As the matter of fact, the best way to write down a secret is by burning it right away after you wrote it. So no one will ever find out about it.
Anyway, you still have the right to choose your style of how to run your blog and no one should interfere in your decision. And so is your regular reader, believe me! I’m a regular reader of a particular blog all this time. When I try to enter this blog a few minutes ago, I found that stupid notification above on my screen. Soon, I delete that blog link from my blog list and I would never visit that blog whatsoever. There are many quality blogs out there which welcoming every quality readers too. Isn’t it right people?

And this is my entry for today's music video that I love
Tears in Heaven
by Eric Clapton.

Would you know my name If I saw you in heaven
Will it be the same If I saw you in heaven
I must be strong, and carry on Cause I know I don't belong
Here in heaven

Would you hold my hand If I saw you in heaven
Would you help me stand If I saw you in heaven
I'll find my way, through night and day Cause I know I just can't stay
Here in heaven

Time can bring you down Time can bend your knee
Time can break your heart Have you begging please
Begging please

Beyond the door There's peace I'm sure.
And I know there'll be no more... Tears in heaven

Would you know my name If I saw you in heaven
Will it be the same If I saw you in heaven
I must be strong, and carry on Cause I know I don't belong
Here in heaven

Cause I know I don't belong
Here in heaven

This is really a beautiful song which tell us about his little boy who passed away. Believe it or not, this song always brings tears in my eyes too. I found this song since I was a teenager and I love it ever since as well as Eric Clapton’s other songs.

Have a great Monday there….
